I’m interested in a certain item (i.e. rattan coffee table, iron floor lamp, round wooden mirror, etc.) that I don’t see on your showroom floor. Do you have access to this?

A:

We have many sources that provide catalogs you may look through at the shop for that special something. Quite a few manufacturers also have websites for customers to view at home. If we were to special order an item for you from a catalog, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required with the order and balance is due upon receipt.

 

 

Q:

I saw something at your shop last year. Can you still get it for me?

A:

Unless the manufacturer has discontinued the item, we are able to order it for you. Again, a 50% deposit is required on special orders.

 

 

Q:

What forms of payment do you take?

A:

We accept cash, personal checks with a valid ID, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

Do you offer gift certificates?

A:

Yes, choose any amount. The perfect gift idea when you can’t decide!

 

 

Q:

What is your return policy?

A:

A refund is given within the first 7 days of purchase. A store merchandise credit is gladly given when item(s) are returned after 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when they left the store. No returns on sale or special ordered items.

Absolutely! Charges vary, so please call for details.

Do you ship?

A:

Yes! We use UPS Ground, which arrives in 5-7 business days. Two day or next day air are also available upon request. For larger pieces or international shipping, please call us for a quote. If shipped outside SC, no state sales tax is charged.
